Manage your personal data

How to view and edit your profile, Berry ID, email, and limits from the app.

Updated today

From your account menu, you can view and edit most of your personal information

Here’s what you can change yourself in the app and what requires contacting support.

How to access

On the Home screen, tap your avatar (top left corner) to open the Menu.
You’ll see the following sections: My Account, Contacts, Security, Settings, and Legal.

What you can edit yourself

  • Profile picture
From the main menu, tap the pencil icon on your photo to upload or change it

  • Berry ID
Go to Menu → My Account → Personal Data. Next to your Berry ID, tap the edit icon to change it
Keep in mind your Berry ID is unique and used by others to send you funds—if you change it, make sure to update it with anyone who transfers money to you

  • Notifications, language, and appearance
In Menu → Settings, you can manage push notifications, change the app language, and switch between light/dark mode

  • Password, biometrics, and 2FA
In Menu → Security, you can update your password, enable biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID), and set up two-factor authentication

  • Bank accounts and blockchain addresses
In Menu → Contacts, you can link or remove bank accounts in your name and blockchain addresses for deposits and withdrawals

What you can view but not edit in the app

  • Full name
Set during identity verification. If your legal name changes, email [email protected] with supporting documentation

  • Email
Your registration email is shown in My Account and cannot be changed from the app. Contact support if you need to update it

  • Limits
In My Account → Limits, you can view your annual ARS limit and blockchain deposit/withdrawal limits
These are informational and based on your profile and submitted tax documentation. To increase them, refer to the article on funding limits and tax documentation

Identity verification

From My Account, you can also check your verification status.
If the app asks you to re-upload your ID, follow the on-screen instructions. This is mandatory to operate and withdraw.

Log out

At the bottom of the menu, you’ll find the Log out option.
If you log out, you’ll need to authenticate again the next time you open the app.
