Error when selling a position / transaction error

What to do if the app doesn’t let you sell a position or shows an error

If you try to sell a position and the app shows an error or does not complete the transaction:

  • Close and reopen the app

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection

  • Try the operation again after 5 minutes

If the error persists, email us at [email protected] with the subject “Transaction error”, including your Berry ID and the name of the asset you are trying to sell.
