To request account deletion:
Make sure your account balance is $0 (withdraw or transfer any remaining funds before requesting deletion)
Send us an email to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”, from the email associated with your account
We will process your request within up to 30 business days.
Please note that once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your transaction history.
